Terms of Use
JMK Alignment is a market-analysis tool run by an individual, not a company. It reads public market data and shows you what the stochastic alignment method finds. It does not tell you what to buy, and it cannot know whether a trade will work.
This is not financial advice. Nothing on this site is investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Setups, confidence scores, backtest figures and coach commentary describe patterns in past data. Past performance does not predict future returns. Every trade you place is your decision and your risk.
01Who runs this
The service is operated by an individual. There is no company behind it yet, and it is offered as a personal tool rather than a regulated financial product. Nobody here is a licensed broker, investment adviser or financial planner.
02Your account
Registration is open. You choose a username and a password of at least eight characters — the username does not have to be your real name, and no email address is required.
- Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
- Do not share one account between people, and do not try to reach another account's data.
- Accounts that abuse the service — scraping it at scale, probing it, or loading it in a way that degrades it for others — may be suspended or removed.
03Connecting a broker
You can optionally connect an Alpaca account so the tool can show your positions and place orders. Two modes exist and they are not the same thing:
- Paper — simulated. No real money moves.
- Live — real money. Every buy and every close is a real order against your real brokerage account.
If you enable automated rules, the tool can place orders without asking you first. You configure those rules, and you own what they do. Risk guardrails (daily-loss halt, position-size caps, a kill switch) are best-effort safety nets, not guarantees — they can be wrong, late, or unavailable if the service is down. Your brokerage relationship is with Alpaca and is governed by Alpaca's own agreements, not by these terms.
04Availability and accuracy
There is no uptime promise. The service runs on a single server and can be unavailable, including during market hours. Market data comes from third-party feeds and can be delayed, incomplete or simply wrong; a number shown on screen may not match your broker or your charting platform. Do not use this as your only source of truth, and do not use it as the only check before a trade. Features may change or disappear without notice.
05Limits of liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, orders that did or did not fire, bad or stale data, downtime, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. You use it at your own risk.
06Changes and ending your use
These terms may change; the date at the top changes with them, and continuing to use the service means you accept the current version. You can stop using the service at any time, and you can ask for your account and its data to be deleted.
07Contact
A published contact address is not yet in place. Until one is, requests — including account deletion — should go through whichever channel you already use to reach the operator.
